Open access can increase the potential reach of scholarly publications; however, citation counts, rankings, and indexing in third-party services cannot be guaranteed.
What types of books do you publish?
Siri Research Foundation considers a wide range of scholarly publications, including:

Are there any publication fees for authors?
Yes. Depending on the type of publication and applicable services, a Book Processing Charge (BPC) or chapter processing charge may apply. The applicable charges are communicated clearly before publication. There is no submission fee, and no processing charge is payable for manuscripts that are rejected. Optional services, such as chapter-level DOI registration, may carry an additional charge.
Is there a deadline for book proposal submission?
No. Book proposals and manuscripts may be submitted throughout the year, subject to our submission guidelines and publishing schedule. Specific edited-volume projects may, however, have their own submission deadlines.
How do I start the publishing process?
To begin, authors or editors should submit a book proposal or manuscript according to the applicable submission guidelines. For edited volumes, prospective editors may first submit the proposed book title, subject area, editor details, and a brief description of the proposed volume.
Where can I get the templates and publishing forms?
The required book manuscript template, chapter template, author/editor guidelines, copyright or publishing agreement, and other relevant forms can be obtained from the applicable resources or requested from our editorial team.
How should I format my book manuscript?
Manuscripts should preferably be submitted in Microsoft Word (.docx) format unless otherwise specified. Authors should follow the applicable manuscript template and ensure that:
- References follow the prescribed citation style.
- Equations are editable wherever applicable.
- Figures and tables are properly numbered and cited in the text.
- All references cited in the text are included in the reference list.
- Authors have the necessary permissions for copyrighted images and other third-party materials.
- The manuscript is original and does not contain plagiarized or improperly reproduced material.
How long does the publishing process take?
The publishing timeline depends on the type and scope of the publication, editorial evaluation, review process, revisions, and production requirements. We aim to process submissions efficiently, but publication timelines are not guaranteed because academic quality review and author revisions may require additional time.
Is there a page limit for books?
There is no general maximum page limit for book submissions. However, the proposed length should be appropriate for the subject, purpose, and scholarly scope of the book. Applicable processing charges may vary according to the final length of the publication.
Is there a minimum number of chapters for a book?
There is no universal minimum number of chapters for every publication type. For edited volumes, the expected number of chapters may depend on the proposed scope and structure of the book. Authors and editors should discuss unusually short or very large projects with the editorial team before submission.
How can I cite an Anubodhan book or chapter?
Published books and chapters include bibliographic information for citation. Where applicable, a DOI-based citation and recommended citation format are provided on the publication page to make citation easier for researchers.
Is the Siri Research Foundation website mobile-friendly?

Do you assign DOIs to published books?
Where applicable, Anubodhan may register a Crossref DOI for the complete book.
Chapter-level DOI registration may also be available as an optional service for eligible edited volumes.
A DOI provides a persistent identifier and facilitates reliable linking and citation of scholarly content. DOI registration itself does not guarantee indexing in Google Scholar or any other database.
How do I access my author/editor account?
Where an author or editor account is provided, login credentials are associated with the registered email address. If you experience difficulty accessing your account, please contact the editorial or technical support team.
Is support available during the publishing process?
Yes. Authors and editors may receive guidance during the relevant stages of the publishing process, including proposal submission, manuscript preparation, editorial communication, production, and publication.
