Guidelines for Editors and Chapter Authors

• The proposed title will be reviewed for suitability and academic scope.
• Once the proposal is approved, the editor(s) may develop the volume and invite or contribute chapters.
• All chapters will be subject to the applicable editorial and quality-review process.
