Our Publishing Principles

Open Access

We support open-access publishing that enables readers to access published works without subscription or paywall barriers. The licensing terms applicable to each publication are clearly stated with the published work.

Editorial and Quality Review

All submitted works are subject to an appropriate editorial evaluation and quality-review process. Where peer review is applicable to a particular publication, it is conducted according to the relevant editorial policy.

Publication Ethics

We are committed to responsible scholarly publishing and expect authors and editors to follow established principles relating to originality, plagiarism, authorship, conflicts of interest, research integrity, and publication ethics.

Affordable Publishing

We aim to maintain transparent and affordable publication charges, where applicable. Any applicable processing charge is communicated to authors before publication and does not replace the editorial or quality-review process.

Discoverability

We provide appropriate bibliographic metadata, persistent identifiers, and digital publication infrastructure to improve the discoverability and accessibility of published works.

Where applicable, publications may receive ISBN and Crossref DOI registration. Published metadata may also be made available through compatible discovery and metadata-harvesting services.

Inclusion in Google Scholar or any third-party database is subject to the respective platform’s policies, technical requirements, and eligibility criteria and therefore cannot be guaranteed.
